AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Fourteen-year-old Ashlie Fallowfield is a typically modern girl - passionate for rock music, Big Macs and boys. But she's an intelligent, strong-minded teenager, capable of lively witticisms, telling criticisms, and chart-buster foul moods ...Together with her parents, Ashlie embarks on an Asian holiday. Mum and Dad are trying to save their marriage, but Ashlie is more interested in solving her own problems; such as how to attract the attentions of the spunky Balinese boy, Rai. But the teenage mixed-race romance is interrupted by strange goings-on when Ashlie gets caught up in the world of Balinese spirits and magic.'
