'I am delighted that Miss Nancy Begg chose The Shining Hour as the title of her book. This was the title for a 3DB [Melbourne] Sunday programme during the 1960s in which I read poems and prose from a variety of sources. Miss Begg was a regular contributor to the programme and I was always pleased to include her works.
