      • The editor is not mentioned on the cover or title page. But p. 63 states: 'The preparation of this volume, the editing, and the notations, has [sic] been the work of Mrs. Max Halliday of Cremorne (Mickie, ... grand-niece of Honora Kelly).'
      • The editor explains on p. 63 that many of the poems previously published in journals are not included here.
