BiographyHistory

Patrick West gained a BA (Hons) at the University of Melbourne, an MA (Creative Writing) at Edith Cowan University, a PhD at the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education at Griffith University. His professional interests include Fiction Writing and Poststructuralist Theory and 'the existing exchanges between these areas, and the possibilities for new exchanges, through short story, journal article, novel and short film productions.' He is a Senior Lecturer in Professional and Creative Writing at Deakin University, Melbourne.
