BiographyHistory

Dr Tully Barnett was awarded her Doctor of Philosophy from Flinders University, with a thesis titled: 'Our Computers, Ourselves: Representations of Information Technology in Literary Fiction'.

Since 2013, Dr Barnett has worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the School of Humanities and Creative Arts at Flinders University. She has been the Associate Director of the Australasian Consortium of Humanities Research Centres, hosted by Flinders University (2012-current).

Dr Barnett presents and publishes research on the digital humanities, critical literacies and pedagogies, the arts and cultural values, and literary fiction. In 2019, she was awarded a DECRA to study the history of digitisation in the cultural/literary space.
