BiographyHistory

Keith Murray enlisted with the Royal Australian Air Force on 16 January 1941 and served until his discharge in 1946. Until his retirement he worked as a journalist/public relations consultant. He also wrote An Albany Walk, Downhill: Stories and Sketches (Perth, W.A. : Western Australian Museum, 2001) and From Oar to Diesel on the Swan (Welshpool, W.A. : Western Australian Museum, 2004).

In the period prior to his death, Murray was living in Esperance, Western Australia.
