  • Stephen Edwards trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in England and then joined the National Theatre. He later worked on various projects with the BBC, National Theatre and the Peter Hall Company in the West End, London and on Broadway, New York.

    Edwards has written and composed over 30 works/scores for leading theatre companies around the world. He has been nominated for both Olivier and Tony Awards. He has also composed scores for film and television. Ewards won the Sir Michael Tippett prize for composition with his orchestral work Brickfield's Lament that premièred with the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
