BiographyHistory

As well as published books of poetry, Robin Gurr is a contributor to many Australian literary periodicals and newspapers, such as LiNQ, Meanjin, Overland, Scarp, the Sydney Morning Herald and the Canberra Times. Aside from Song is a Mirror, a number of Gurr's other poems have been set to music.

  • The Oxford Companion to Australian Literature lists Gurr as the author of the children's books 'Bush Outlaw' and 'The Kid and the King'. However, these titles have not been traced and are not listed in The Oxford Companion to Australian Children's Literature or Who's Who (1995).
