BiographyHistory

After matriculating as a mature-age student in 1972, Stubbs began to work in commercial radio and conducted a popular programme entitled, 'Nostalgia'. Earlier she had wide-ranging work experience as a barmaid, waitress, cleaner, medical photographer, medical secretary, television camera operator, church organist, actor, singer and playwright. Stubbs has also provided the narration for several 'talking' books.
