BiographyHistory

Irene Watson belongs to the Tanganekald and Meintangk peoples of the south-east of South Australia. Watson has served as one of seven Indigenous judges appointed to the First Nations Indigenous Court of Justice, sitting in Ottawa, Canada. She has worked as post-doctoral research fellow in the faculty of law at the University of Sydney.
