BiographyHistory

Pauline Reeve grew up in north-west Tasmania on her parents' dairy farm. She was educated at schools in Boat Harbour, Wynyard and Burnie prior to attending the Tasmanian College of Advanced Education to study for a BEd. Reeve taught at high school level in Hobart and then undertook further study in Librarianship and Educational Studies at the University of Tasmania.

Reeve moved to Melbourne in 1986 where she later studied for a Graduate Diploma of Professional Writing through Deakin University. Reeve has written poetry and children's books.
