BiographyHistory

Judith Armstrong has lived in Europe, Russia, the South Pacific and the Americas. She has taught languages and European studies, and was head of the Russian department at the University of Melbourne, a position she left in 1996 to pursue a career as full-time writer and reviewer.

In 2020, Armstrong was an Honorary Fellow of the School of Languages and Linguistics, University of Melbourne
