BiographyHistory

Frank Golding is an independent researcher. He specialises in welfare history, social justice, and human rights. Golding has worked as a school teacher and school principle. As a child, Golding grew up from the age of four to fifteen in Ballarat Children's Orphanage. These childhood experiences have influenced his life and work.
