BiographyHistory

Arthur Keyser was an Englishman who travelled widely and spent some time in Australia and New Guinea in the early 1880s. Two of his four novels have Australian settings. He also wrote a number of travel books, including two on New Guinea. He was an excellent tennis player and won the lawn tennis championship of Australia in 1882. Listed by Morris Miller as a 'doubtful Australian author'.
