BiographyHistory

Rowena Evans studied art at the Alexander Mackie College of Advanced Education/City Art Institute/UNSW, receiving a B.A. in Visual Arts. In 2018, she was based in Cooma.

Evans also illustrates her own work and the work of other authors. She has worked as an illustrator for the National Parks & Wildlife Service, among other organisations, and has exhibited her art in the Snowy Mountains region.

In 2018, IFWG Publishing Australia announced that they had signed a sequel to Evans' novel Drums and Power Lines, Switch; it was published in February 2019.
