Lecturer in the Department of Performance Studies at the University of Sydney (2004). Ginters has worked as a dramaturg with various institutions. She has translated contemporary German and Austrian plays which were performed and published. Her translation of Brecht's Threepenny Opera, for instance, was adapted in 2003 for Company B Belvoir Street.
