BiographyHistory

Gerald Stone has had more than forty-five years experience in both print and television journalism. He is a former editor-in-chief of the Bulletin magazine and the original executive producer of '60 Minutes.' His social history of Australia, 1932 : A Hell of a Year (2006), was one of the winners of the 2006 Alex Buzo Prize, and was a finalist in the Waverley Awards.
