BiographyHistory

Lynette Rodriguez has had a long history in teaching, especially with Aboriginal children and youth. In 1982 Lynette gained an Advanced Education Entry Certificate from the West Australian College of Advanced Education (WACAE), in 1986 a Diploma of Teaching (Primary) from WACAE, in 1995 a Bachelor of Education from Murdoch University, and in 1996 a Master of Education from Murdoch University.Her research interests have included Aboriginal youth, identity, sense of community and social justice and race issues. In 2006 Rodriguez was Coordinator of Aboriginal Studies at the University of Notre Dame University, Broome campus.
