BiographyHistory

Andrew Peek has taught Creative Writing and Post-Colonial Literature at the University of Tasmania. His research interests are post-colonial literature and creative writing. He has worked as 'a labourer, security guard and market researcher' and has been a teacher in England. Peek spent three years in Nigeria where he taught at the University of Ife and acted with the university's travelling theatre company. Peek's poetry, fiction and reviews have appeared in Australia, Nigeria, India and the USA and he has broadcast regularly on national, regional and community radio. He was guest editor of The CRNLE Reviews Journal No1, 1985.
