  • In December 2005 the Time Warner Book Group announced the acquisition of the Australian publisher Lothian and the subsequent formation of Time Warner Book Group (Australia). As a result of this acquisition Lothian Books became an imprint of Time Warner.

    Time Warner Book Group, with offices in New York, Boston, Indiana, Nashville and Los Angeles, includes the imprints Warner Books, Little, Brown and Company, Bulfinch, Orbit, Virago, Warner Faith, Center Street, Mysterious Press, Warner Business, several mass market imprints and Time Warner AudioBooks.
