BiographyHistory

Canadian writer, traveller and editor, Huggan first visited in Tasmania in 1995 for the Salamanca Writers Festival. In a chapter 'Homage to Kenko' in her book Belonging Huggan described her love affair with Tasmania and it's influence on her work. Huggan moved to the south of France in 1998.
