BiographyHistory

David Cottone spent his childhood in the sugar-growing town of Babinda, Queensland and as an adolescent worked on cane and tobacco farms in the Far North Queensland area with men of all nationalities.

He became a teacher and has taught in Queensland, Papua New Guinea, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has also written, produced and directed 'The Comeback Kid', a musical based on 'The Prodigal Son' and written a musical script based on the drama Dr. Faustus by Christopher Marlowe, for Pui Ying College, Hong Kong.
