BiographyHistory

Prince was one of a large family of children whose parents, Henry Lawrence Angus and Esther Mary Angus, helped pioneer the south-west of Western Australia. In 1910 they took up land in the Pemberton area. Agnes worked as a postmistress at Darkan and Cowaramup, before marrying Eric Prince. Together they took up five thousand acres of virgin land near Esperance in 1927. (Libraries Australia record)
