BiographyHistory

From 1954 to 1972 Barbara Corbett was the creative director of her own advertising agency. She has worked as a fashion photographer and artist, as well as spending time farming and breeding cattle. In addition to her creative writing, Corbett has also published non-fiction including the autobiographical, A Fistful of Buttercups : Glimpses into a Country Childhood of the 1920's (1983), and a book on environmental conservation.
