BiographyHistory

Martin was a student and teacher of history. She was also an associate editor of the Australia, New Zealand Encyclopaedia. Martin has also assisted her mother, Barbara Mullins, with a number of publications on Australian flora, fauna and history, many of them in the Mulavon series. These include Australian Native Mammals (1978), Australian Orchids (1984), Historic Hill End (1976), National Parks of New South Wales (1979), Warrumbungle National Park (1976) and Western Parks of New South Wales (1979).She also produced Cacti and Their Cultivation (1971) with P.R.Chapman and H.A. Auger.
