He collected a number of original contributions, several translations and a series of excerpts from foreign magazines for the first April number. In an editorial and in several articles, the British government's foreign policy was blamed for recent conflicts in Spain, Europe and Asia. Short stories, written in simple prose, were designed to arouse strong political feelings in response to the poverty and horror of war that they portrayed. Claiming that the public had been 'deceived for years by newspaper publishers tied to the powers of money and big business', the Bulletin was attacked for an allegedly pro-fascist bais. Point survived for only two issues, ceasing operation after the October number. Contributors included Marshall, Kevin Connolly, E. K. Greville, R. S. Close, Hal Porter and Mark Haynes. Vance Palmer contributed an article on Will Dyson.
