BiographyHistory

Biggs grew up in Hobart and left Tasmania at the age of 22. He has worked as a consultant educational psychologist, his employment taking him to Hong Kong on several occasions where he developed an affection for the city and its people and where he became a member of the Hong Kong Writers Circle. Biggs returned to Hobart in his late sixties.
