BiographyHistory

Philip Collier was Premier of Western Australia from 1924 to 1930 and from 1933 to 1936. He served as a Labor Member of Parliament for 43 continuous years. He left school at 16 to work as a miner and rose through the union ranks before entering the WA Parliament.
