BiographyHistory

After training in Paris for six years, Leisa Shelton returned to Australia and joined the Meryl Tankard Company, touring nationally and internationally 1990-93. She has taught in Australia and overseas and was Head of Physical Performance at the Victorian College of the The Arts School of Drama 1998 - 2003.

In December 2000 Leisa Shelton and Richard Murphet were awarded a $15,00 Arts Development New Work (Creation) grant by the Minister for the Arts, Victoria to develop 'The Inhabited Woman.'
