'Fantastic Queensland is an association, formed as an umbrella for a cluster of people, organisations and businesses in the creative industries sector in Queensland. The group was founded by members of VISION, an active group of speculative fiction writers that has operated for many years in Brisbane. Fantastic Queensland is an initiative to make Queensland Australia's internationally recognised centre for the creation, commercial development, and celebration of speculative fiction.'
