Rock opera.

Childhead's remarkable life-size doll is stolen by the Black Prince Evelyn: Childhead, in company with a clown, the clown's apprentice, and an angel, searches for the doll. Childhead loses his soul and the doll is destroyed, but a new doll is formed from the smoke of the old one and Childhead's cast-off soul.
