Elena Knox has composed and performed soundtracks for the Bangarra Dance Theatre and the Sydney Theatre Company. She has performed her poetry on ABC television's Express and in the Sydney Spring Festival of New Music. Her one-woman cabaret, dis Miss!, was produced for the Griffin Theatre Company.
