BiographyHistory

Poet, novelist, and teacher.

Ashley Capes has a degree in Arts and Education from Monash University. He co-founded Egg (Poetry), which he co-edited between 2002 and 2006, and has worked on the web publications Holland1945, Kipple and Issa's Snail. He was the poetry editor for Page Seventeen for issues 8-10, and had published six poetry collections by 2016, beginning with Pollen and Storm (Small Change Press, 2008).

He has more recently published two series of epic fantasy works: the Bone Mask Trilogy and the novella series Never.
