BiographyHistory

Peter Milton was educated in London and served in the RAF (1946-49). After arriving in Australia, he worked in administration at the University of Melbourne from 1962-80. A member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), he was elected in 1980 to Federal Parliament as the member for La Trobe, Victoria, a seat he held for a number of years.
