BiographyHistory

Walter Mikac has written about the loss of his family in the Port Arthur Massacre in the book To Have and To Hold : A Modern Day Love Story Cut Short (1997) with Lindsay Simpson. He is also the author of The Circle of Life: Replacing Hardship with Love (1999), an analysis of grief in the wake of the massacre. He is an advocate for gun control.
