BiographyHistory

Peter Charlton gained a cadetship at Brisbane newspaper the Telegraph in 1969. He went on to write for the Courier-Mail. In addition to his journalism, he also wrote non-fiction books on topics including the second Australian Imperial Force (The Thirty-Niners), and Queensland under the reign of Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen.
