BiographyHistory

Poston-Anderson has held the position of Associate Professor of Information Services at UTS Kuring-gai campus, and has been involved in education for primary school teachers and teacher librarians for many years. Her teaching and research areas include Children's Theatre, Educational Drama, Puppetry, Readers' Theatre, Research Methods in the Arts and Storytelling. She has written numerous educational works, articles and reports, including Now for a Story : Sharing Stories with Young Children (1993) and 'Story as a Way of Knowing : A Methodological Review' (2000). She also co-authored, with Joyce Kirk (q.v.) and Hilary Yerbury, Into the 21st Century : Library and Information Services in Schools (1990).
