BiographyHistory

Writer and artist Petri Sinda was based in Perth and Fremantle (Western Australia) from the early 2000s. His lifelong interest in philosophy and the sciences led to him returning to University as a mature age student, undertaking a double major degree in Philosophy and English, while also writing speculative fiction. He later pursued an Honours degree creative writing through Murdoch University before returning to Melbourne in 2012.

Sinda's work has been published in the US journal Paper Radio (1996), Overland Express: An Online Journal of Australian Writing, Eidolon, Regime, and Daikaju!: Giant Monsters. His artwork (including book covers) and illustrations can also be found in Eidolon, the Fabulist Savanna blog site and Before the Dust Settles (2008)
