BiographyHistory

Manor Books purchased the paperback division of Macfadden Bartell Corporation. Manor Books planned to publish a dozen paper books a month; originals and reprints, fiction and non-fiction. As with most paperback original publishers, its strength was genre fiction: science fiction, detective fiction, westerns.
