BiographyHistory

Augustine moulded much of the thought of Western Christianity and his ideas dominated the thinking of the Western world in general for centuries after his death.
Among his best known works are Confessions, one of the great Christian spiritual classics, and City of God, an exposition of a Christian philosophy of history.
