BiographyHistory

Bea Ballangarry moved to Western Australia in 1974 where she studied for her Bachelor of Arts. She returned to New South Wales in 1996. Ballangarry has been a prolific writer, performer, public speaker and educator in Indigenous cultural studies. She has worked in communities in the areas of women's health and domestic violence services.
