BiographyHistory

Paul Carter, writer and artist, has held the Chair of Creative Place Research at Deakin University. In the early 1990s Carter was awarded an Australian Senior Research Fellowship from the Australian Research Council. He edited the Age Monthly Review, 1986-1991. His other works include The Sound in Between: Voice, Space, Performance (1992) and Hossein Valamanesh (1996). Carter has written several radio dramas.
