BiographyHistory

English fringe theatre director and academic Albert Hunt was a guest director for the fringe component of the 1974 Queensland Festival of the Arts. During his time in Australia he also worked with the Popular Theatre Troupe (1975-1976), providing several of his own plays and co-writing others with Richard Fotheringham. He later worked at the Victorian College of the Arts developing community theatre courses.
