Dawn Rutter settled in Perth, Western Australia on 4 February 1987. She was the founder of the Wordflow Poetry Group which met at her Perth Hills home each month. This resulted in the publication of the anthology, Wordflow Poetry, in 1991 (q.v.). Mother of Fred Rutter (q.v.).
