BiographyHistory

J. C. L. Fitzpatrick was a journalist who established the Windsor and Richmond Gazette in the late 1880s and edited it until 1899. From 1905 to 1907 he was owner of the Molong Argus. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly 1895-1904 and 1907-1930. Apart from verse, he wrote NSW local histories and two books of Asian travel.
