BiographyHistory

Hamish McDonald has been a journalist since 1969, working in Australia, Indonesia and Japan, and he wrote Suharto's Indonesia (1980).

In 2019, his Reasonable Doubt: Spies, Police and the Croatian Six was longlisted for the 'Nib' Literary Award.
