'Otava Publishing Company has been a publisher of literature in Finnish since 1890. Its main areas are general-interest literature and teaching materials. Otava publishes over six hundred new titles by Finnish and foreign authors annually: fiction, non-fiction, books for children and young people, textbooks and multimedia. The company's editorial offices are on Uudenmaankatu in the heart of Helsinki. Otava works closely with Finland's largest book club, Suuri Suomalainen Kirjakerho Oy (The Great Finnish Book Club).'
