BiographyHistory

Helen Brodie came to SA from Scotland with her husband and children in 1839. Her husband, David Spence, died in 1846, but Helen lived to a good age. Her daughter, Catherine Helen Spence, recorded her mother's recollections of her life in Scotland. AC
