BiographyHistory

Raglus was educated at Essendon Grammar School and was intermittently a builder's labourer through to 1985. In 1984 he completed a screen printing and textile design course in Melbourne. He became a children's writer, illustrator, designer, painter and musician. From the mid 1980s to the early 1990s he toured Australia and other countries as a member of the band 'The Bachelors from Prague'. In 2004 Raglus sat on the Australia Council Literature Board as a peer for childrens books. He has lived at Aireys Inlet in Victoria.
