Notes

  • The December 1932 issue of The Home includes the following reference: 'Dr Cecil Tucker received many congratulations on his play, "Butterflies and Bees", which was presented at the Playhouse. Both Dr and Mrs Tucker have a large circle of friends, and everyone seemed to know one another. Mrs Tucker, looking very proud of her husband, wore dark green lace and carried a presentation posy. The play was in aid of the Alfred Hospital.' (appears in the Melbourne, 'Personal and Social' column)
